How to make 1x pbs from 10x pbs

If you have tablets then make the 10x pbs solution according the the manufacturer's instructions.

Than use the formula C1V1=C2V2 to make the dilution for your required volume.
C=Concentration
V=Volum


Make 20 ml of 1X PBS buffer from a 10X stock.

        10X stock *  X  =  1X stock *  20 ml

                     X = (1X stock *  20 ml) / 10X stock

                     X = 2.0 ul 10X stock
                       +18.0 ul of H2O
